Skid Systems | Skid Pump Systems

By creating a single unit, made from assembling modular pieces of a process system, ‘Skid Systems’ were born. Often grouped into a tight configuration, these modular pieces work together to achieve a certain goal. Whether to pump oils or other materials, Skid Systems are almost always custom designed to meet an exact need of the end user. From small units, able to be moved with a pallet jack or forklift (hence the word Skid), to larger multi-story units, Skid Systems help save time and money via the modular design and unique implementation within a facility. The word ‘Skid’ is still used to describe modular process systems, that are built, tested, then delivered to the desired location, even when movement and placement of these systems requires more than a forklift or pallet jack.
